Today I’m specifically talking about the web app and browser extension PrimeLister.
With PrimeLister, I can crosslist, relist, delist, share to followers, send out bulk offers, and so much more with a few clicks of my mouse. It’s made managing 200+ items so much easier!

PrimeLister: The Perfect Tool for Crossposting Inventory and Managing Your Poshmark Closet
PrimeLister Auto-Relist Tool: (The Basic Plan)
This tool is intended to help small resellers manage their inventory on different platforms with ease by allowing bulk automation options to relist with!
The Rundown:
Auto-Relist: Allows you to select from pre-existing listings and relists them automatically! Fills in all required information as per each selling platform automatically. Also deletes the old listings automatically!
Listing Tasks: Allows for unlimited amounts of listing items to be relisted with this tool. No limits!
Schedule Tasks: You can pre-program your items to be relisted whenever! (the selling platform tab along with the PrimeLister extension has to be on in the background in order to successfully complete tasks).
Bulk Tasks: Allows you to select multiple listings at a time to be relisted! One of the only tools on the market that allows you to bulk edit on all supported selling platforms!
Auto-Relister Tool Overall Rating & Review: 4.5/5 Stars
This tool is really easy to use! It allows for easy management no matter what reselling platform you use it with!
Although I did have some user-errors with the software from time to time, the ease of “click-and-go” was super convenient! All I had to do was select a handful of listings, tell it to relist those listings, and watch it queue up the tasks. After it was done, it would automatically remove the older listings and the new listings would be ready at the top of my shops!
One issue I had with it was that the price information also carried over. Which may not be a bad thing for most! But I typically do many price-reductions on my items in order to persuade customers to buy, so when I relist items I expect to raise the price up again in order to lower it in the future. So with this, I had super low prices to start with, that didn’t give me any wiggle-room to adjust prices and give platform discounts.
This issue definitely could be solved by editing the price beforehand, but I didn’t really think of it until it was already finished!
PrimeLister will also be adding a Bulk Price Update feature in the future to fix this problem! Definitely something to consider looking into for easy price management!
As of November 2021, this feature is only available on Poshmark and Mercari. This could be a drawback for some who flourish on other selling platforms like eBay or Facebook Marketplace, but this could be the tool to help boost your sales on these two platforms!
If that isn’t a problem for you and your business model, and you don’t mind spending $29.99 per month, or $249.96 roughly annually, then I’d seriously consider this tool for your daily reselling convenience!
Relisting stale inventory is just as important as having new inventory in your shop, so adding an automated tool to help freshen your platforms is definitely worth the investment in my opinion!
PrimeLister Cross Listing Tool: (The Pro Plan)
The Rundown:
Open Inventory Panel: Takes you to your saved catalogue of listings on the PrimeLister website.
Crosslist: Select one or multiple items from any selling platform, click this button, and select which platforms to crosslist to. Only crosslists listing title, description, images, and prices.
There are updates in-progress at PrimeLister to store and crosslist all details in listings for future use!
Import: Takes selected listings from any available selling platform and copies the photos, price, item name, current platform information, SKU number, group, tags, status of item, and date created. Can also be edited on website in order to relist or crosslist onto platforms.
Relist: Takes selected items on one platform and relists them. A.K.A. refreshes items to put them on top of your newly listed items, also deletes original items on same platform automatically!
Duplicate: Copies existing listings and relists them with the same information automatically. Only on same platform. Perfect for if you have duplicate items in different sizes/variations.
Delist: Select listings that have sold on one platform, to be removed from other platforms that you have it crosslisted to. Perfect for multiple sales and multiple platform management.
COMING SOON: Auto Delist Sold Items: Resellers will not need to identify which listings have been sold for delisting them. The program will detect such sold listings and delist them without the manual intervention of the reseller. How amazing!?!
Delete: Select one or many items to permanently remove from a platform.
Send Bulk Offer: Select multiple different listings to send out the same percentage off each item on each individual platform. Works well for large quantities of listings on numerous different selling platforms.
Task Interval: Allows for selection on time in-between selected tasks. There to help pace automation as well as not get your account flagged for bots. Does automatically fix captcha boxes.
Tasks allow you you to check active tasks, completed tasks, and scheduled tasks on the current tab/platform you have selected.
This is where the task interval will show you the buffering time limit, as well as statuses on sharing, crosslisting, and failed tasks.
Cross Listing Tool Overall Rating & Review: 4/5 Stars
Crosslisting with this tool was excellent for my daily revamping of listings on my platforms. I typically crosslist five items per each weekday to my six selling platforms, and it saved me a lot of time by doing it automatically versus manually!
Super user-friendly! The buttons speak for themselves, so by testing out the waters and watching the magic happen you can see how easy this tool really is! PrimeLister also has a extensive list of FAQ’s and bug fixes available for all users on their website.
I will say that the bulk crosslisting did not seem to work for me all the time, but the various platforms may have specific time restrictions on listings that blocked this tool from working completely. To be fair, other crosslisting softwares have similar issues frequently.
The one major set-back is the pricing for this tool.
Although $49.95 is not that expensive for bulk editing, sharing, relisting, and cross-listing, it does seem a bit excessive IMO as a self-ran reseller working from out of her bedroom.
The alternative for this plan is discounted at $33.33 per month with the annual plan (1-time-purchase) of $399.96 roughly. This payment choice is actually cheaper than many other cross-listing tools on the market today!
Seems a bit excessive for small time resellers like myself, but if $400 is just a fraction of your yearly profit as a reseller, I’d say it would definitely be worth it to bulk manage, schedule, and edit listings from across all supported platforms!
I honestly don’t know if this is a tool I’d favor over the one I already use, but it is definitely a strong contender to the mainstream softwares now available for resellers.

This automation tool is one of the better ones I’ve used recently. With many Poshmark specific functions, along with the ability to bulk edit posts, it’s super easy and efficient for those who don’t mind constant sharing while keeping the tab open in the background.
The Rundown:
Share to Followers: Allows for automated sharing of only your “for sale” listings. Can be filtered below by sharing speed, pagination, and sharing options.
Share to Party: Allows you to share listings to any party currently happening on the Poshmark website. Same filters as follower option.
Follow people: Allows you to follow up to 1K people at a time, automatically! Must have a list of users open to perform action.
Unfollow people: Allows you to unfollow users in bulk. Same 1K limit, must have list of following users open to perform action.
Auto-like Feed: Begins the process of “liking” items in the feed provided. Perfect for adding a like to all items in your shop or sharing the love with others!
Send Bulk Offer: Just like already available in Poshmark, you can multi-select listings and send out bulk offers. You can edit the offer percentage, shipping discount, and the minimum earnings on all selected listings.
There is also the Auto Scroll option, which scrolls the page for you until you stop the automation. Although not a favorite tool of mine, it can be helpful for large closets!

Poshmark Assistant Overall Rating & Review: 4.5/5 Stars!
I love the automation of all the functions, and it has taken the hassle out of sharing my closet regularly as I can just have it going in the background as I work on homework or other things on my laptop.
The tools I used the most were the Share to Followers, Share to Party, and Follow people functions, and they worked exactly how I hoped! Definitely my favorite tools just because they fit my needs the most. The other functions work as expected, and would be perfect if I used them more frequently.
As far as pricing goes, there is a monthly and annual plan to consider.
Monthly offers a cheaper alternative with lots to offer for monthly payments, plus it’s cheaper than PosherVA with basically the same functions.
Annual offers a 30% price discount for paying upfront, along with the same great benefits of the monthly plan.
Overall, this bot is a great automated service for all resellers to start using! It’s hands-free and saves time for other tasks off-screen. Pricing is on the cheaper side when compared to other popular reselling tools, and it has multiple benefits to using it! Also, you can sign up for their referral program to earn discounts on your service!
The only reason I discounted 0.5 stars from the rating is due to the pricing. As a part-time reseller with only 250+ items in my closet, I only find that I am using half the functions available. I enjoy that other options are there for my use, but I really don’t see the point in spending a Benjamin monthly for half the app. If it was $5 dollars cheaper, I would consider it!
PrimeLister: Worth it or Forget it?
This product is definitely worth it for all resellers in the online community!
The Auto-Relister Tool is perfect for those looking to cut down management of multiple marketplaces at once.
The Cross-Listing Tool is a must for bulk-sharing multiple listings as well as micromanaging multiple selling platforms and numerous listing quantities.
The Poshmark Assistant Tool is excellent for those who don’t want to spend all their time engaging with the app, just tell the assistant what to do and your work is done!
Each of these unique tools function in various ways, at various price points. Although the prices may not be in-favor for current smaller resellers, (new price options on the way), it doesn’t hurt to try it and see if your sales benefit from it! This is also definitely a great investment for large-scale resellers, as it takes the job of many and crunches it into a more manageable format.
