If you’re like me,

You are probably tired of spending money on non-reusable items. You want to invest your hard-earned money into something that you won’t be throwing away after use. And if you’re a menstruating human, then these reusable pads would be an excellent choice to start!

I didn’t even know reusable pads were a thing until I found these!

These pads are perfect for people who are uncomfortable with tampons and cups, but still need ample coverage for their once-a-month flow. They’re machine washable, super absorbent, and easy to store and use over-and-over again! Plus, they’re manufactured from a small business!

Here’s how it works:

They come in a pack of five, and each one has a double-button clasping system. Just like wings on disposable pads, they snap around your underwear.

They are made with charcoal-infused fabric, so there is minimal chance for smell. The absorbency layer works super well, and when it’s time to wash no stains of past months are left behind!

As per another customer’s review of this product, I recommend rinsing this product down when you go in the shower, or just run it under the sink water to help keep them extra clean.

The inner layer of microfiber-like fabric is super soft, and these are made with comfort in-mind!

When you’re done using them, throw the dirty ones in with your regular clothing to wash, and lay them out flat to air-dry! Once completely dry, fold them back up, and store them until you need them next!

It’s seriously so easy to use, while saving you money on buying monthly menstruation products!

Overall product rating: 4/5 stars

and here’s why:

The price is cheap. When comparing to having to buy disposable pads regularly, these pads are cheap to invest in, and are truly saving you money in the long run! (I’ve been using these for the past year, and I’ve only bought period products twice since using these!)

One pad can last you all day. These are made for long-time wear and have multiple layers of fabric for absorption. Pretty much one can last you all day, and night if you choose to wear them in the evenings.

The fabric is not cheap or thin, and it is a very durable all-around product. The fabrics are well-made and stitched together, and the only thing I would be concerned about breaking over a long time would be the plastic buttons. But that said, I have had zero problems with product quality in the one year I’ve been using these pads.

These are an excellent choice for all menstruating humans!

But…

Due to chaffing of down-there areas, I wish the pads were slightly smaller. These pads are advertised as no-chafing, but for all-day wear and for humans with more “southern fluff” , this product does cause chafing.

I do not know if it is better or worse when comparing standing all-day to sitting, but I do know that during this pandemic year when I was mainly chair-bound on the computer, it still made my down-there area irritated.

These pads in the normal size are similar lengths to a maxi-pad, so I would hope to find reusable pads similar to this in a smaller length in the future for my own period care. Because this size for me causes irritation when used all week.

I would still buy these over disposables any day!
